This site and the Tai Chi for Wellness & Peak Performance class are operated by Mwezo Kudumu. By using the site or registering, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Registration and communication

Registration for the September 2, 2026 online class is free and requires email confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for keeping the private class-access link from being distributed publicly. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; operational messages needed to deliver a registration may still be sent as described in the Privacy Policy.

Participation and wellbeing

The class provides general movement and educational instruction, not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Participate within your own limits, make space to move safely, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have questions about whether the class is appropriate for you.

Respectful use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, harass other participants, or copy or redistribute class materials except for your personal use. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect the class, its participants, or the service.

Third-party services and availability

The site and class rely on third-party services such as Netlify, Mailchimp, and Zoom. Their own terms may apply. We may reasonably change, reschedule, or cancel the class, or update the online access method. If that happens, registered participants will be notified using the contact information they provided.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The site and free class are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular personal, health, or professional result. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
