What we collect

• Your first name and email when you submit the registration form.
• Limited campaign attribution: approved UTM values, landing-page variant, and the referring site’s hostname, not its full URL or query string.
• Your analytics preference, stored in your browser.
• If you accept optional analytics, anonymous page, click, video, registration-funnel, checkout-boundary, performance, heatmap, and privacy-masked session replay data.
• Basic operational logs such as a request identifier, outcome category, latency, and upstream status. These logs are designed not to contain your email or form payload.
• For paid-program participants, a separate private readiness form may collect your contact information, date of birth, emergency contact, health-screening answers, fall-risk and functional-readiness answers, and program goals.
• Punchpass records paid-program purchases, class signups, attendance credits, and your signed participation waiver.

Why we use it

We use contact details to administer class registration, send online access and class reminders, and share occasional related Tai Chi offerings. Verified attendance determines eligibility for the October experience bonus and graduate offer. Attribution helps compare campaign concepts. For paid-program participants, readiness answers are used only to review fitness readiness, adapt instruction, and support participant safety. Waiver records are used to document informed consent and participation terms.

Email registration and unsubscribe

Submitting the form requests a place and adds a subscribed Mailchimp contact for the class emails described beside the form. We email a place confirmation or waiting-list status. If you are already subscribed, the class registration tag is added to your existing contact. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option. We do not silently restore contacts who previously unsubscribed or whose address Mailchimp marked as cleaned.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts the site and registration function. Private cohort records store your name, email, registration source, place or waiting-list status, attendance dates, and email-delivery status to administer the four-week experience.
• Mailchimp manages class registrations, email subscriptions, and unsubscribe states.
• Meta receives browser analytics only after you choose “Accept analytics.”
• PostHog receives anonymous website analytics, heatmaps, and privacy-masked session recordings only after you choose “Accept analytics.” This site uses a PostHog Cloud EU project.
• Punchpass manages paid-program purchases, class access, attendance credits, and electronic waivers.
• Zoom hosts live classes. We use class attendance records to administer the attendance bonus and graduate offer. Attendance records are not sent to advertising or website analytics services.
• Google Forms and Google Drive store the private paid-program readiness form and its responses.

Optional analytics

Meta Pixel and PostHog are nonessential. Neither is loaded until you accept analytics. Meta can record a page view, landing-page view, and an accepted public registration or waitlist submission. PostHog can record anonymous page views, clicks on links and buttons, scroll depth, video progress, registration-funnel outcomes, checkout availability and display outcomes, web performance, heatmaps, and privacy-masked session replays. We do not use PostHog to identify visitors or create person profiles.

Form areas are excluded from PostHog autocapture and replay, all input values are masked, and names and email addresses are denied as analytics properties. Request and response bodies, request headers, response headers, console logs, and cross-origin iframe contents are not recorded. Session replay is disabled on the checkout bridge page. Punchpass and Stripe handle checkout outside PostHog’s recording boundary.

The private Google readiness form is separate from this website. Its responses are not sent to PostHog, Meta, Mailchimp, or advertising systems. Choosing “Continue without analytics” does not affect registration. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time. Resetting your choice removes this site’s saved preference, opts the browser out, and reloads the page so the analytics banner can ask again.

Retention, deletion, and international visitors

Contact and attribution data should be kept only as long as needed for this class launch, related permitted communication, legal obligations, and suppression records. Readiness responses are limited to authorized program administrators and kept only as long as needed for participant safety, program operations, and applicable legal obligations. They are not linked to a marketing spreadsheet or used for advertising. Waiver, purchase, attendance, and transaction records may be retained when needed to document participation or meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy contact above, subject to records that must be retained. Although initial promotion is intended for the United States, people elsewhere may reach the site. Targeting visitors outside the U.S. may require additional legal review and controls.

We may revise this notice as the service configuration or launch jurisdictions change. The updated date at the top will show when this page changes.
